Guess What? Amy Ritter, a close friend of our family, was baptized about a week ago. To celebrate, she invited my family and some of her friends to go to a park with her and Alex, her son. We had a great time. I played volleyball and tennis with Alex. We all played on the playground’s equipment. The kids wanted to go to the lake so we could walk on the beach. But when we got to the beach, we saw a dead fish on the ground. I said, “Poor guy.” Henry said,”Poor guy. He’s gross!” Alex found a stick and walked over to the fish. Then he stabbed the fish’s eye with the stick and the eye exploded. Then he stabbed the stick into the the fish’s his head and the stick came out the other side of the head and on the end of the stick was the fish’s brain. Then he told Amy all about it. Yuck!

Tuesday, May 23rd, 2006Today Jack finished Kindergarden. His teacher, Mrs. Bluhm, taught Kindergarden and 1st Grade. This was her 30th year of being Faith Baptist Christian School’s Kindergarden teacher. She was me and Anna’s Kindergarden teacher, too! Way to go Jack and Mrs. Bluhm.

Freaked Jack Out!
Saturday, May 20th, 2006Yesterday, I was reading a comic to Jack. When I was done reading, I threw the comic book to the other side of Mama and Papa’s bed. I told him to go and get it, and when his head was turned I ran out of the room and behind the bathroom door. Naturally, he followed. When he came into the bathroom, I growled. When I did so, he had had his back turned which freaked him out even more than usual. You should have seen his face!
A Mixed Batch
Saturday, May 20th, 2006I finally recieved the next Lego bi-monthly issue! One would think that things could improve from here, but I’m still waiting to see if I won the Voya Nui Quiz. I used to be completely obsessed with Bionicle toys And looked up almost everything in the Bionicle universe, so I definitely got the answers right. But others know just as much as I do about Bionicle and others will also answer correctly. That is why one of the rules for the contest is that out of all the correct entries, five will be randomly chosen. I just can’t take the suspence.
I’m Waiting!
Saturday, May 20th, 2006To those who don’t now how to leave a comment, learn! Especially you and Mama, Papa. Remember, I’m watching.
Scared a Baby
Monday, May 8th, 2006A couple days ago, I was playing a game of “monster chase” with Will. I kept popping out of nowhere and yelling Yaaaaaaa!!!! But one time I chased him into the kitchen. Now when you walk into the kitchen, You have automatically cornered. Will obviously knew that because when I made the “Where’s Will” impression he freaked out. He started holding onto a chair and moving his feet remarkably quick and started screaming and giggling. Then I caught him and chased him again.
A Voya Nui Quiz
Saturday, May 6th, 2006About two months ago, me and my brother Jack entered a Voya Nui quiz. We sent it by mail and the contest ends on June 31,2006 which means we still have to wait two months to see if either of us won. The suspence is killing me, but I don’t know about Jack, though.
I Watched An Eclipse!
Saturday, May 6th, 2006Yesterday, I watched an total solar eclipse on my dad’s computer. It was a 1 hour show of a real solar eclipse that happened in March 2006 in Turkey. My dad got the eclipse from www.nasa.com. It was awesome! The hosts did a good job of explaining what a solar eclipse is. The hosts also showed how to look at a solar eclipse without the fancy telescopes. My favorite parts are watching an explosion on the sun, the moon covering the sun, and the diamond ring. (The diamond ring is the end of a solar eclipse.) To watch it click here.
